The Smokin' Bee

1.5 ounces of NY Honey Whiskey
1 ounce of Lemon Juice
0.5 Jalapeño Honey Syrup*
Maple Ancho-Chili Rim
Rim your glass with a mixture of maple sugar and ancho chili powder. You can substitute the maple sugar for brown sugar. Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice then strain and pour into your rimmed glass with a bit of ice in it.

*Jalapeno Honey Syrup

3 medium halved jalapeños for each cup of water our Fall Wildflower Honey
hot water
Mix the hot water and Fall Wildflower Honey together; stir until the honey dissolves. Our fall honey embodies a slight spicy aroma which is perfect for this cocktail, but use whatever honey you have on hand. After the honey and water are mixed, add in your jalapeños and leave overnight to soak. Use when you are ready to make the cocktail.
