Honeyed Sour

Honeyed Sour

In a shaker, add 2 oz of our New York Honey Whiskey

2/3 oz lemon juice

1 tsp honey simple syrup

Add ice and shake vigorously

Pour it all into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry 

Add a dash of egg white you have shaken and frothed in a separate shaker on top of the cocktail 

Add garnish of your choice. Traditional garnish is a cherry
